Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Omotola Jalade-Ekeheinde, has added a new feather to her cap.She is now a UNSDG (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals)ambassador and an advocate of goal one,which is : End poverty in all its forms everywhere .
Beyond her accomplishments in show business, Omotola is also applauded for her remarkable humanitarian efforts. She is one of the pioneers of the video film era of Nigerian cinema, becoming the most watched actress in Africa. In 2013, Omotola was honoured in Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world alongside former American first lady Michelle Obama, Beyoncé, and Kate Middleton.
